There's a draft committee report in the conservation area of the documents area that shows a council committee is putting forward a suggestion that the city council setup a small grant scheme to help 20 to 30 households with conservation repairs.

Click Documents > Select the 'Conservation Area' Category and it's at the bottom.

I know it seems obvious to click on the pdf icon, but click where it says "DOWNLOAD" on the bottom of the entry, you have to think like a web developer, never do the obvious.
